RETURNS
The CathWear policy is ONLY FOR EXCHANGES. Due to the nature of the product and health reasons, we cannot and will not accept returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to ensure timely shipping. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed and processed.
FINAL SALE
All items purchased from Cathwear are final sales. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been confirmed. This includes but is not limited to clothing, accessories, and any other products sold on our site.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, the size is wrong, or they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cathwear.com and send your item to:
